1. The terms and conditions take effect upon the customer's initiation of platform usage.
2. We have added new clauses under Customer's Obligation to Input Data 5.1-5.2, Freightify's Use of Data 6.1-6.2, Intellectual Property 15.8, Validity of terms 18 and Miscellaneous 23.1.
3. We have a new Annexure A in place that highlights the acceptable usage policy.
Updating your quotes is now a breeze. Easily add new rate cards to your existing quote without the hassle of creating a new one from scratch for the same port pair and customer.
Just click ‘Refresh Rates’ to include multiple rate cards, saving your time and ensuring a smoother and a more user-friendly quoting process. You can choose to retain the old rate card or delete it, providing you with flexibility and control over your options.

Starting in 2024, green rates are now mandatory in line with COP15 agreements. We've added Carbon Emission factors to each rate, empowering you to offer eco-friendly options. Stand out as an environmentally conscious freight forwarder and attract green-minded shippers with this update.

We've expanded our network to include TROY Container Line, alongside NAAAI, ECU, Vanguard, and Carotrans. This addition grants you effortless access to their port-to-port LCL FAK Rates and schedules. You'll experience faster rate processing and simplified rate comparisons with other LCL carriers.
